Refunds are not offered for services received at Wellness For Life PLLP clinics and locations. 

 

Cancellations:

A 24 hour notice is mandatory for all cancellations. For any cancellation within 24 hours of appointment times or for no show/no call patients, a one time fee of $50 for any aesthetic appointment and 50% of all other appointments will be required
