$150 cancellation fee. In the event of a cancellation, no refunds will be issued. Banked money can be used on clinic services and products.

Cold Plunge & Infrared Sauna Membership

Experts agree that initially practicing 2-3 times (11 minutes cold plunge & 57 minutes sauna) a week is ideal to both build tolerance and conditioning. Once conditioned, maintenance can be achieved through once-weekly sessions.

Cold Plunge & Sauna members also get a monogrammed towel & water thermos!
