Cancellations & Refunds

72-Hour Cancellation Requirement
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without penalty if notice is provided at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

Notice must be received during business hours. Messages left after hours will be processed on the next business day.

Late Cancellation (Less Than 72 Hours)
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within seventy-two (72) hours of the scheduled time will be subject to the following:

• Non-Subscription Patients: A fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file.

• Subscription Patients: The appointment will count as one of the included four annual visits under the subscription agreement. The appointment that is rebooked will be paid at non-subscriber rates.

No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will result in the following:

• Non-Subscription Patients: The full scheduled service fee (100%) will be charged to the card on file.

• Subscription Patients: The appointment will count as one of the four included annual visits. The appointment that is rebooked will be paid at non-subscriber rates.

Late Arrival
Patients arriving more than fifteen (15) minutes after the scheduled appointment time may be considered a no-show at the discretion of the Provider and may be required to reschedule. Applicable cancellation fees will apply.

Chronic Rescheduling
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in:

• Limitation of advance booking privileges

• Requirement to prepay for future appointments

• Removal from subscription eligibility at renewal

These measures are implemented to protect provider availability and ensure fair access to care for all patients.

Emergency Exceptions
The Provider reserves the right to waive cancellation fees in the case of documented medical emergencies or extraordinary circumstances at the sole discretion of the practice.

Appointment Reminders
Text and email reminders are provided as a courtesy only. Failure to receive a reminder does not waive responsibility for attendance or cancellation fees.
