Refunds are not offered for services received at Wellness For Life PLLP clinics and locations.

Cancellations

​

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

​

If you cancel or reschedule within 72 hours, or fail to attend your appointment (no-show), you will be charged a non-refundable fee of 50% of the scheduled service or $50, whichever is greater.

We understand that emergencies happen, and we’ll continue to handle those rare situations with compassion and flexibility. However, this policy will apply in all other cases.
