  • Neuromodulator treatments at Wellness for Life are priced at $14 per unit. Most patients invest between $150 and $300 per session depending on their treatment areas and goals. A $150 non-refundable booking deposit is required, which is applied toward the cost of your treatment at your visit.

  • Your initial Comprehensive Optimization Assessment is a 60-minute visit designed to uncover root causes and create a personalized plan for your health, vitality, and longevity. We conduct a full systems review covering hormone balance, metabolic function, mental wellness, sleep, cardiovascular health, lifestyle factors, and preventative screening needs.

  • Do you offer payment plans or financing?

  • Yes. We offer memberships for hormone optimization, aesthetics, and cold plunge and sauna access. Membership pricing varies by tier and service category. Contact us for current options.

  • We require at least 72 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule without a fee. Late cancellations (less than 72 hours) are charged 50% of the scheduled service for non-subscription patients. No-shows are charged the full service fee. Subscription patients will have the missed appointment counted toward their included annual visits.
